Job Title: Office Administrator Location: High Wycombe, HP11 Hours: 8am-5pm ndash; 40 hour week Salary: GBP23,795 per annum Are you available immediately to start a new role with a great company? A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a local and growing business, working full time hours in the High Wycombe area. Full training is given Key duties will include: Supporting incoming queries from customers, by phone or email Responding to inquiries within the required SLA rsquo;s Logging all correspondence on the internal system Liaising with external colleagues and supporting the field-based team with arranging appointments All other office admin as required The successful candidate will: Have demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced, customer focused environment Be dedicated, reliable and always committed to delivering an excellent service to customers Show excellent attention to detail Have strong communication skills Easily accessible with public transport with both bus routes Previous successful candidates have come from a background within: Customer Service Advisers, Customer Service Agents, Customer Services Executives, Customer Service Supervisors/Team Leaders Customer Support, Help-Desk Executives, Retention Agents, Administration, Office Support, Retail, Telesales etc. Office location within close proximity of High Wycombe Town Centre, easily commutable by car or public transport from: High Wycombe, Downley, Princes Risborough, Marlow, Lane End, Wooburn Green, Bourne End, Beaconsfield
