Accounts administrator

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a level 4 AAT qualified Accounts Administrator to work for a well-established company based in High Wycombe. This a permanent role and ideal for an enthusiastic, numerate and process-orientated person. Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 DOE The main duties of the Accounts Administrator will include, but not limited to: middot; Liaising with suppliers for purchases and payments. middot; Producing Sage Works Orders and allocating materials. middot; Creating and analysing stock reports. middot; Interrogation of Sage/MRP software and subsequent placement of UK purchase orders. middot; Housekeeping of Sage including purchase order report management. middot; Assisting the Supply Manager and other Managers as and when required. The requirements of the Accounts Administrator are: middot; Must have a minimum of level 4 AAT qualification. middot; Highly proficient with SAP/Sage type order processing. middot; Proven experience in administration and customer services. middot; Excellent attention to detail. middot; Strong written and verbal communication skills. middot; Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel. middot; Have a confident and professional attitude when liaising with internal and external customers. middot; Be reliable and a team player.
