Job description:

Our client, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe is looking for a temp for 8 weeks. There is a possibility of permanent job at the end of the assignment. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role and be proficient in microsoft office. The successful candidate will need to be immediately available * Reporting to Client Relations Manager. * Assisting with all administrative duties within Client Relations department. * Learn and operate Dynamics 365 to keep plots updated, generate job sheets, manage diaries, etc. * Assisting with administration duties related to customers from 2 weeks post completion and up to 2 years post completion. * Dealing with customer queries, via telephone and email. * Register all customers upon completion with NPA out of hours service. * Complete meter readings on COR forms for all new completions for British Gas and Thames water/equivalent. * Assisting Client Liaison Executives with administration during busy periods. * Updating and generating reports as required. * Responsible for chasing outstanding issues/tasks with subcontractors on developments assigned to you. * Assist Client Relations Manager with maintenance men diaries. * Raise job sheets when necessary for our Housing Associations, ensuring their systems are kept updated, progress jobs and close down as necessary. * Ad-Hoc tasks set by Client Relations Manager. * Organise Client Relations inbox according to the #39;categories rsquo; set. Key Requirements: * Well organised and flexible being able to adapt to and willing to take on additional or alternative tasks as required. * Computer literate and confident with MS Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel. * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional #39;can do #39; attitude. * Resilient and energetic character who can respond effectively in a busy office environment. * Calm team player who can prioritise effectively and work efficiently, with the ability to liaise with other members of the team to get a task done. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Hours - 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday * Parking
