Role Overview: As a Secondary School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the school. Your responsibilities will include managing student records, handling correspondence, assisting with school events, and providing administrative support to staff, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities: Utilize SIMS (School Information Management System) to maintain accurate student records and data. Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Assist with the organization and coordination of school events, such as parent evenings, open days, and assemblies. Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and senior leadership team as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes across the school.
