Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEND) Location: Accrington, United Kingdom Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. About the Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs. Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons. Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies. Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists and counselors, to ensure holistic support for students. Monitoring and recording student progress, and providing feedback to the teaching team.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent. Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting the learning and development of individuals with SEND. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
