Behaviour Buddies rdquo; work on a full or half day basis, and will challenge and motivate pupils, reinforcing self-esteem and providing pastoral support. Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN. Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils. Show a positive attitude. Be reliable.
