Trainee junior property manager

Property Administrator (with career path to Assistant PM) ndash; London Bridge ndash; Up to GBP32k We rsquo;re working with a well-established, highly reputable, boutique managing agent based near London Bridge. Known for their vibrant inclusive team, impressive portfolio and steady growth year on year, they are now looking to offer a first step into Property Management for a Property Administrator looking to progress their career as follows: * Working office based, Monday to Friday * Coming from a Property Administrative or support background, having already worked in a leasehold environment for at least 1 year * Understanding the basics of block management (from a support capacity) with the desire to progress your career via structured training, eventually moving on from Administrative duties to property management tasks. * Initially taking calls/emails from residents, contractors and clients, dealing with them where possible or referring them to appropriate team members for guidance. * You rsquo;ll visit sites with Property Managers, help to organise repairs/maintenance and get to learn about service charge budgets and major works. * Good general IT skills preferred, exposure to QUBE would be particularly beneficial (though training will be provided regardless) Entry level roles such as this rarely come to market and even less so with this particular employer with whom we work exclusively. In addition to a structured career path to Assistant (and then full) Property Manager status (with support to obtain your professional qualifications), the suitable Property Administrator can expect a starting basic salary up to GBP32k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and progression.
