Overseeing the day-to-day management of mainly residential with some commercial units. You will be responsible for tenant communications, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations, complaint management and rent arrears. Responsibilities: * Respond quickly to enquiries * Build and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers * Monitor rental arrears * Referencing and other administration of tenant procedures * Producing and updating tenancy agreements * Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines * Apply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem solving Requirements: * Exceptional customer service * Accuracy and attention to detail * Time management * Relationship management with key-stakeholders * Influencing and negotiation skills * Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions * Enthusiastic, positive outlook * Excellent communication skills If you are interested in this Property Manager role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
