Responsibilities: * Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. * Dealing with landlord and tenant queries * Dealing with rent insurance/eviction claims * Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary, liaising with contractors and service providers. * Registering deposits and handling end of tenancy disputes between landlord and tenant * Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention. * Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. * Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections. * Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention. * Being pro-active in chasing arrears and management issues, whilst updating both tenants and landlords on such issues.
