Parts advisor

Our client in Farnham is currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to work alongside their busy and successful team. For this position, you will be expected to achieve set targets. You must also hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to your own vehicle, as you may have to deliver parts to customers if the Delivery Driver is not available. Daily Responsibilities: Answer all internal and external inbound calls Process customer orders from various channels, including in-person, phone and online Recommend and upsell appropriate alternative products to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction Actively pursue additional sales opportunities especially during the quiet periods Manage customer relationships to meet individual and sales targets and market promotional offers to achieve results Adhere to the company policies and understand transactions when processing sales Complete all required administration in a timely manner Monitor all stock levels and order parts Keep familiar with the price list and catalogues to meet customer requirements Adhere to all Health and SafetyEssential Skills: Minimum 2 years as a Parts Advisor Ability to work in a high pressure environment Qualified to operate a forklift Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in administration IT illiterate with basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel Self-motivated with the ability to work within a teamIf you have all the relevant skills and wish to continue your career as a Parts Advisor, please don rsquo;t hesitate to click lsquo;Apply rsquo; now!
