Senior Planner Construction Location: London Project: GBP200m NEC, Healthcare 1st Principles planning on site. Immediate start Main Contracting background We are looking for a Construction Project Planner to join our client rsquo;s team in London on a GBP200m healthcare project. This main contractor will be looking to appoint a senior planner on a prestigious scheme that will be very close to all our hearts. If you want to help, be involved, give something back and be a part of this magnificent project whilst be rewarded handsomely, then get in touch for a conversation. * Good understanding of construction techniques, sequencing methodology. * Suitable experience of large projects with good understanding of high-quality built, M E interfaces. * Experience in using; Asta Powerproject, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. * Knowledge and practice in 3D/4D modelling (preferred but not essential). * Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment or as an individual. * Demonstrable experience in contract, tender and NEC planning. * Ideally Degree qualified, minimum qualification to HNC, HND level.
