Job Title: Construction Planner - Asta MS Projects Location: South West London Pay Rate: GBP350 per day Sector: Modular Are you an experienced construction planner who wants to join an innovative modular business? Do you have experience working on large healthcare projects working as the main contractor? I #39;m on the lookout to talk to experienced construction planners to join a growing modular contractor on a GBP30m new build modular hospital extension. This project will run until April 2024 and there #39;s potential for a permanent role at the end where you will be involved in the wider growth of the business. This project is a JCT form of contract and you will need to have experience using Asta and MS Projects. This position is a hybrid role spending a couple of days on site and a couple of days at home, the ideal candidate will have experience working on large projects for Tier 1 #39;s or Main Contractors. If you have experience in tendering for new projects looking at phasing and logistical plans that would also be advantageous. We would welcome conversations with candidates who: A proven track record of planning on large scale, high value projects Have good commercial acumen Has previous experience working on healthcare or full turnkey projects.
