Retail, food-retail or blue-chip client experience (refurb/fit-out) looking to progress? Contracts Manager - Fast Track fit-out London Permanent - 2/3 days from home, the remainder visiting projects Start May / June 2024 GBP100m + turnover contractor is looking for an up-and-coming individual who is looking to progress into a contracts management position. This role would suit someone based around London, potentially from a strong fit-out / shopfitting background, who has had experience at site management level, and had good exposure to blue chip / retail or food retail clients and looking to step-up #39;. This could appeal to someone who has hit a ceiling with their current employer, with little room for upward progression. They are not looking for the finished article - I #39;m thinking Luke Skywalker rather than Yoda hellip; The contracts manager would be joining a GBP30m national account delivering around 200 projects a year from refurbishments to new stores. You would be responsible for projects from GBP100,000 to circa GBP1m which are all extremely fast track, with no room for error. If you have worked on fast-track fit-out projects for clients such as McDonald #39;s, M S, Tesco, Costa Coffee, Sainsbury #39;s etc. to name but a few - you would be familiar with the demands and expectations that come with a role like this.
