Position: M E Contracts Manager Location: Covering London Duration: Permanent Salary: From GBP55,000 to GBP65,000 plus package We are looking for an experience Commercial Maintenance Contracts Manager for a full time, permanent position dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for NHS sites through out London. This position will be covering multiple sites with a maintenance value of around GBP1 million. They will be managing a team of mobile and static engineers that are dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical works and compliance. The right person for this position will have a strong working background as a Contracts Manager, they will need to have come from a Mechanical or Electrical Technical background. They need to have a proven track record of managing a million pounds worth of planned and reactive maintenance contracts and it would be preferable if they had experience in managing or supporting NHS contracts.
