Contracts Manager - Central London - Refurbishment A growing and well established contractor are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their company. The role is based in their Central London office near Oxford Circus with hybrid working working on refurbishment both private and public sectors from GBP50k to GBP1m. Position:Contracts Manager Location: Oxford Circus with hybrid working Projects: Refurbishment up to GBP1m Duties: bull; Write construction phase plan, RAMS, construction programmes, monitor progress, minute meetings, variation control, deliver within programme, progress reports bull; Work closely with Quantity Surveyor including procurement schedules, budgets, reporting bull; Subcontractor management - assessment, onboarding, prestart, onsite, close out bull; Delegate to and support Site Foreman, regular contact essential bull; Ensure that an adequate workforce is available and utilised bull; Client stakeholder communication, meetings, and expectation management bull; Ensure quality standards are agreed, set, and met ndash; build in quality bull; JCT contract knowledge, RFI rsquo;s issued and closed out bull; Identify variations manage the process internally with QS bull; Handover ndash; complete and deliver successful project handovers to Clients incl O M bull; Ensure the project is delivered on time, on spec, on quality, safely and in budget Experience: 1. Minimum of 10 years construction industry experience 2. Minimum of 3 years working in London in similar position 3. Construction related Degree or HND 4. Or trade site management background 5. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos aware - preferred 6. MCIOB - preferred but not essential 7.
