In this exciting role you will play a pivotal role within a well-established company, managing the tight-knit production team of 3- and the process cycle as you have influence on KPI activity and ongoing business decisions. You will oversee training and mentoring of staff, in addition to leading the production process and have responsibilities with other departments and the senior leadership team. This role would suit an Electrically experienced individual from a Power / Lighting / Soldering background, that #39;s looking to work for a well-established yet growing company, taking the reigns of the production processes with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime.
