This company are a distributor and bespoke component fitter who work with a broad and varied client base across the power and lighting sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in the 1990s to the point they have an annual turnover of over GBP15m and are looking to grow their friendly team to help them achieve targets of continued growth. In this exciting role you will play a pivotal role within a well-established company, managing the tight-knit production team of 3- and the process cycle as you have influence on KPI activity and ongoing business decisions. You will oversee training and mentoring of staff, in addition to leading the production process and have responsibilities with other departments and the senior leadership team. This role would suit a Production Team Leader with a strong focus on process improvement and quality, that #39;s looking to work for a well-established yet growing company, taking the reigns of the production processes with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime.
