Pulse Nursing Agency are proud to be working with one of our Research clients on a fantastic project based in t Exeter. Our client are running a project aimed at carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP. We are looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses to work as part of a project team of 20 healthcare professionals who will work together for the entire project lengths. The clinics will be mobile sites with the location on the mobile sites changing every 5 weeks. Successful Service Delivery Lead #39;s will be invited to spend four day #39;s at other operating sites to build their understanding the service operates. The SDL can observe and learn the entire site process, participant flow and build confidence in delivery, mitigating the risks associated with new leadership deploying new processes. This additional time also ensures a consistent approach to patient experience and embeds behaviours and culture throughout the contract. The role offers competitive pay rates Mon-Fri GBP29.14/ Sat GBP33.09 / Sun BH - GBP37.50 Working as a Service Delivery Lead on this project you will: Be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly Supernumerary role which can provide additional support for HSW breaks Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling First point of escalation for operational queries To be successful in this role you should have: A Phlebotomy Certificate Minimum of one year #39;s active experience drawing blood.
