Sales Advisor - Exeter Our client, a busy and reputable housing developer, are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in Exeter. Day to day: Speaking to potential customers Showing customers around show homes and plots on site Managing your busy diary Returning and making telephone calls throughout the day Working well with the rest of the team Speaking to Site Managers and Surveyors etc. daily Helping the process stay smooth throughout for the customer Dealing with queries Requirements: Experience in a similar role with a house builder. Good knowledge of new build sales Excellent telephone manner Customer service experience Friendly and approachable UK driving license Available for weekend work This is really exciting permanent position with a well known developer where you can grow and progress your housebuilding sales knowledge and skills in the Exeter area.
