Your mission is to cultivate strong connections with both new and existing suppliers, ensuring they align seamlessly with our business requirements. Are you the ideal fit? We #39;re seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in supplier development and management within the Manufacturing sector. Your expertise should encompass a profound understanding of aerospace products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct supplier audits and evaluations for conformance. Assess new and existing supplier capabilities for on-time delivery, quality, cost, and compliance. Monitor supplier KPI performance and lead improvement activities. Drive systematic problem-solving and process improvement with suppliers. Manage supplier quality performance issues and resolve nonconformance. Assist Quality professionals with NPI projects and qualifying new suppliers including FAI and PPAP. Requirements: Proven experience within Supplier Development from either a Supply Chain or Supplier Quality background. CIPS certified preferred but not essential. Excellent relationship building skills.Location - Accrington, Lancashire Salary - cGBP42k - GBP48k (dependent on experience) Benefits - up to 20% pension!
