Manufacturing Engineer * Manufacturing Engineer * Accrington * Days, Monday-Friday * Industrial Component Manufacturer * GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 We are working with an established Industrial Component Manufacturer based in Accrington. They are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on Days (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary in the region of GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development. The Manufacturing Engineer needs to possess a strong hands-on background in mechanical and electrical skills directly related to operating in a 24/5 manufacturing environment. Requires experience working within an engineering department maintaining machinery and implementing improvements. Key Responsibilities include: * Implementing planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) * Problem solving machinery issued * Working closely with management and other departments (Engineering, Quality, NPI etc) * Carry out root cause analysis * Creating manufacturing processes to ensure that products are made to the required customer specifications Qualifications Experience required: * City and Guilds / Level 3 qualification in Engineering * Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship Job reference number: 1961 This position is commutable from; Blackburn, Burnley, Clitheroe, Preston, Ramsbottom, Skipton, Bolton, Relevant Job Titles: Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer All applicants must live in the UK and be eligible to work and live in the UK.
