Care assistant swindon

This role will involve supporting people in the local community to live independently at home. The successful candidate will support customers with their day to day routine; Assisting with personal care, Administering medication, Preparing meals, Light domestic tasks, Carer relief and support out in the community. There will also be other individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as well as commitment for morning shifts, evenings and some weekend commitment.
