They are looking for a Assembly / Finishing Cell and Stores Assistant to join their growing team! Assembly/ Finishing Cell Stores Assistant Roles and Responsibilities: * Assemble products to customer specification * Carry out component test inspections and pre-pack inspections * Allocate rack locations/ record parts * Provide assistance to the stores area as and when required * Book in materials, consumables and move them to the appropriate location * Pick and pack for customer dispatches * Handle raw materials, completing stock checking * Dispose of waste materials * Kitting Jobs from correct Locations for despatch, packing Customer parts and despatching on correct courier The ideal Assembly/ Finishing Cell Stores Assistant will: * Have previous experience within a stores environment * Be IT Literate, able to use internal stock databases * Full UK Driving License (occasional delivery to customers using company transport) * Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous) * Knowledge/experience within the engineering sector (advantageous) Monday ndash; Thursday: 07.45 am - 16.15 pm Friday: 07.45 am - 15.15 pm Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.
