Assistant examinations officer

We are seeking a Temporary Examinations Assistant to support in the organisation and delivery of yearly exams. The ideal candidate will assist in the organisation of student entries, disseminate examination regulations and guidelines, help with the practical arrangements for all examinations, and assist in the dissemination of student results. Additionally, the Temporary Examinations Assistant will be responsible for monitoring and organising the invoicing of absentee candidates. Requirements: Previous experience working in an educational setting preferred but not essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite The position is in the Examinations department of a college and the role will be from 4th June to 19th July 2024. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Fridays. This is temporary position at GBP11.97/hr.
