The Workshop Technician role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants will also be very suitable. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills, ideally have engine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills. You rsquo;ll be based at a client rsquo;s site responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown on a range of forklifts. You rsquo;ll order any spares when needed and communicate progress. The site is clean, has a dedicated workshop and overtime is available if desired. The Workshop Technician role in brief: * Carry out PDI rsquo;s, service and repair work on workshop and service basis on a range of forklift trucks at a client rsquo;s distribution centre. * Work on a Monday to Friday basis in a busy workshop environment. * Order spares when necessary. * Overtime. The Workshop Technician Person Required: * Experience on plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, cars or similar equipment. * Excellent communication skills * IT literate
