CONTRACT MANAGER The Basics * Location: Central London ndash; Heritage Works / Fit Out and Refurbishment * Salary: cGBP70,000 Per Annum + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Package * Sector: Building: Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works - Heritage * Duties: Overall management of a Heritage contracts in London Contract Manager Duties Responsibilities * Management of Heritage Contracts in Central London * Full Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works across several projects * Managing Health Safety * RAM rsquo;s * Sub-Contractor Management and Ordering of Materials * Building strong working relationships with the client * Attending Progress Meetings with Client * Management of Trades/Engineers * Take projects from Tender to Final Handover A more detailed Job Spec is available on request.
