Working across Newcastle and the immediate surrounding areas, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior property manager to join a progressive and growing business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to * Dealing with maintenance * Ensuring compliance * Organising works when required * Organising tenancy paperwork * Getting involved in serving section notices * General Property Manager duties Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45 to 5:30. Salary is circa GBP22,000 - GBP25,00 however, this is flexible for the right candidate.
