You will be assisting the Home Manager for the CQC, audits, Rota, Recruitment, Mentoring, Appraisals more! Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and be a true role model for staff members. This service specialises with various area of care including neuro rehab, dementia physical disabilities. It is purpose built and has a GOOD CQC! About you We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care and track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
