Quantity Surveyor l High end residential refurbishment This bespoke residential refurbishment specialist has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a live project in Fitzrovia, West London. For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will be required for a minimum period of 6 months to finish the current project and potentially take forward a newly secured project in Putney, West London of GBP5.2m in value. The current project is in Fitzrovia and is a refurbishment of GBP2.2m and has another 5 months to run. This is a high-end residential refurbishment and you must have worked as a Quantity Surveyor on similar valued high end luxury house refurbishments. Your initial duties will be to carry out general Quantity Surveying duties such as, managing subcontractor accounts, payments, variations and final accounts.
