Atrium Healthcare is recruitment on behalf of the client for Children #39;s Home Registered Manager. Responsibilities: middot;Take accountability for the smooth and efficient management and administration of the home, including handling wider operational tasks as needed. middot;Produce, update, and monitor plans, reports, etc., ensuring timely delivery and demonstrating an organized, efficient, and flexible approach to managerial duties. middot;Lead, motivate, manage, and develop all staff members within an open and enthusiastic culture, including conducting training sessions. middot;Ensure professional representation of the company to external agencies and within the local community, actively contributing to the company #39;s development. About You: middot;Committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of young people, working to a high standard of professional practice with a non-judgmental and positive attitude, valuing the views, wishes, and feelings of the young people. middot;Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Children #39;s Home legislation and Ofsted inspection requirements, as well as a thorough knowledge of child protection/safeguarding procedures and protocols. middot;Possess a recognised social work qualification, such as the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) and QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent. middot;Have a minimum of 2 years #39; recent experience within the last 5 years in a relevant residential care position, including at least 1 year of supervising and managing staff working in a care role. middot;Hold a valid manual UK driving license, have access to your own car, and be capable of undertaking on-call duties (rota shared).
