You must demonstrate the following: * Deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care. * To support, coordinate and actively assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department. * Provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership. * Lead in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time. * Ensure that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy. * Contribute to quality improvement. * Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self. * Promote best evidence based practice within own scope of practice. * Apply legislation, policies and procedures correctly. * Achieve agreed objectives and demonstrating CHG behaviours at all time If you are a Band 5/6 Nurse or a Senior/Lead looking to work for the nations leading private hospitals across the UK!!! please get in touch with me as soon as on (phone number removed) or send across your CV
