What You #39;ll Bring to the role as SEND Male Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Specialisation or experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Passion for creating an inclusive learning environment Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleaguesResponsibilities of a SEND Male Teacher: Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and support staff to create personalised learning plans Implement strategies to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students with SEND Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progressWhat We Offer to our SEND Teacher: Access to over 400 online courses free of charge, designed to increase competency in the relevant field.
