Business Studies Teacher Milton Keynes Position: Business Studies Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 (MPS1) - Upper Pay Scale 3 (UPS3) Start Date: September 2024 School Rating: Ofsted #39;Good #39; GCSE Performance: 62% A-C for 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 and above Behaviour: Excellent behaviour among students Responsibilities: * Develop teachers across the school * Lead on the subject of Business Studies * Play a role in middle management with a path to senior leadership * Contribute to the school #39;s goal of achieving top grades in upcoming inspections Requirements: * Clear evidence of successful Business Studies teaching experience * Understanding of effective teaching principles * Ability to motivate, engage, and progress pupils from diverse backgrounds * Familiarity with teaching Business Studies at secondary level * Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies * Commitment to continuous professional development * Willingness to train and develop other teachers across the school
