The school is well run with a committed and talented leadership team, who have a consistent approach to the direction the school is heading. Behaviour across the school is excellent which allows staff the time to concentrate on teaching and expanding their pupil #39;s knowledge. The current Year 1 class who will move to Year 2 for September are a great bunch who have performed well over the course of the year. They have their characters but are polite, respectful and committed to learning. Role requirements QTS qualified Teacher (ECT #39;s considered and can be supported for induction) Experience in KS1 preferred but not essential. Desire to act as part of a fully committed KS1 team essential. Paid on parity with MPS/UPS - planning and assessment will be required.
