About the Role: As a Site Agent, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring the project team, maintaining excellent on-site relationships, and maximizing production efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, managing site logistics, and effectively resolving any project delays. What We #39;re Looking For: A degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering successful water projects. Strong background in civil engineering. Thorough knowledge of health and safety policies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications. Full UK driving licence.
