What you rsquo;ll be doing: middot; Processing orders daily to a high standard middot; Working closely with internal and external stakeholders middot; Amend and cancel orders where necessary middot; Routinely review the files and delete out of date pro forma invoices and reservations. middot; File all paperwork regularly to ensure that an up-to-date and accurate filing system is maintained middot; General liaison with customers to discuss stock availability, order status, stockists, and other related enquiries What you rsquo;ll need: middot; Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service background. middot; Excellent communication skills both orally and written. middot; A confident and polite telephone manner. middot; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. middot; A good understanding of Microsoft Office and other general PC skills. The shift is offered on a Monday-Friday day shift basis and you can expect a salary of GBP22-23,000 per annum in return
