You #39;ll be part of a global implementation of D365 F O, supporting users, making changes on the system, and be the POC for all 1st/2nd line support queries. Daily Responsibilities: Provide application support and guidance for users of the D365 F O / CE system Identify system improvements and ways to increase efficiency opportunities Monitor and action support request tickets relating to the business application suite promptly.
