Job title: M E Shift Supervisor Location: Static High-End Commercial Site Located in North London Terms: Permanent contract - 4on-4off Shift Pattern, 7am-7pm (Days Only) Salary/rate: Salary is paying GBP53,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below - * City Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering * City Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing * 18th Edition * City Guilds 2391 testing and inspecting * HVAP - Desired * AP - Desired About the company This company have been successfully operating since 1988, specialising in the operation and Mechanical and Engineering maintenance of landmark buildings in London. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong M E Shift Supervisor to cover a High-End Commercial Site in North London. They are looking for a reliable Tennant Supervisor to contribute to the M E works and running #39;s onsite and to report straight back to the account manager. Responsibilities: * Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies * Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M E * Plant and Equipment and Services. * Compliance with and record keeping * Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M E systems * Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System. * Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the Engineering team and Supply Partners ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved. * Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices Candidate requirements: * The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) * The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as a site supervisor and within the facilities maintenance industry. * Strong building services background. * At least three years #39; experience in a supervisory position.
