FM Site Building Supervisor / Manager - Data Centre Radius has an exciting opportunity working for an established Data Centre in East London. This role provides coordination and delivery of core buildings FM related services for staff and clients. To provide high quality maintenance supervision and predictive works, reduce reactive works through great planning and prevention, and ensure we maintain 100% uptime. Role Description Specific responsibilities for: bull; Assisting in the development and execution of engineering works relating to M E installed base bull; Coordination/Liaison with contractors for maintenance, reactive works and projects bull; Responsible for reviewing of risk assessments and method statements bull; Responsible for supervising small works installation and building maintenance works bull; Assist in ensuring site working practices are being upheld for the following; Permit for Access Hot working Fire system isolation/operation Permit for cable installation access Contractors signing in procedures bull; Responsible for signing off completed works by maintenance contractors or others as necessary bull; Responsible for checking quality of maintenance bull; Review and approve all Risk Assessments and Method Statements presented to the Operations department bull; Oversee all works occurring in the operating buildings bull; Act as point of reference for completion and final acceptance of works bull; Provide technical operations information and support to all external parties in the preparation of works bull; Ensure that all O M data is correctly recorded, filed, and kept up to date bull; Assist in carrying out audits and condition surveys, programme for works Relevant Skills and Experience General Health Safety at Work Act 1974 bull; Environmental Protection Act bull; Fire Protection bull; Air Emission Noise bull; Control of Substances Hazardous to Health bull; Working with Electricity bull; Asbestos bull; Legionella bull; Ground Contamination bull; ISO 9001 Quality requirements in the job role bull; ISO 27001 Information Security requirements in the sphere of work bull; ISO 22301 Business Continuity Planning bull; BS OHSAS 18001 H S bull; ISO 50001 Energy Management bull; ISO 14001 Environmental bull; ISO 45001 Desirable: Previous experience of working to and within ISO regulated processes and procedures. bull; Experience of statutory compliance (eg FGAS, L8, lighting, fire, FWT etc) bull; Experience with IAC rsquo;s bull; Mechanical engineering background Benefits GBP3368 Travel Allowance GBP2300 On-Call 1 in 4 15% Bonus Non-Contributed Pension, 9% 1st year, 10% for every year follows Private Medical Insurance (You + Family) (Includes Dental and Mental Health add-ons) Death In Service Income Protection Flexi-Working For more information, please get in touch.
