Mechanical supervisor

FREELANCE - OUTSIDE IR35 ! This Building Services Management Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a contract basis on a residential project in East London, on a year long contract. THE COMPANY - A market leader in London - 10 years in the industry - Predicted turnover of GBP120million for 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR * Supervise Sub-Contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. * The Mechanical Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards. * Lead toolbox talks * The Mechanical Supervisor will monitor and perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical equipment. * Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR * The Mechanical Supervisor will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within building services * Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment. * The Mechanical Supervisor will be mechanically qualified with SSSTS or SMSTS. * 2-5 years within a Mechanical Supervisor role If you are a Mechanical Supervisor looking for your next contract role, please apply to this job advert
