Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for a new challenge with fully funded study? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our client #39;s dynamic team in Redditch. Job Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for allocated PPF clients, ensuring exceptional day-to-day administration services. Delegate work to Pension Administrators when appropriate, ensuring workloads are effectively managed. Check and monitor the work of Pension Administrators and other Senior Administrators to maintain high standards. Maintain accurate records of all PPF client events and time spent for billing purposes. Attend PPF and Trustee meetings, providing updates and support as required. Keep informed about routine administration procedures for PPF clients and suggest improvements when relevant. Collaborate with colleagues, the PPF, independent trustees, and other third parties to deliver the best outcomes for scheme members.Desired Skills and Qualifications: A strong background in pensions administration, including PPF Pensions Educated to A-level standard. Excellent customer service skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience mentoring and supervising junior staff. Good knowledge of current pensions legislation.
