Senior document controller

Job Title: Senior Document Controller Location Europe, specifically Northern Europe, United Kingdom Job Type Contract position with expected full-time hours Primary Industry Engineering Job Duties: Manage and control all project documents and records in accordance with company procedures Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all project documents Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents as required Maintain document control logs, databases, and filing systems Implement document control best practises and standards Generate reports on document control status and issues Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in document management software Good communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification Additional certification in document management is a plus Experience: Requires 2 years, line management experience. 3+ years experience as a Document Contoller in Engineering Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of document control processes and procedures Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related field Experience working on large-scale engineering projects Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional site visits Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders Potential for overtime during project peaks
