Contract: Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: Final salary based on experience On a day-to-day basis you will... * Lead and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning. * Collaborate with all administrative staff, providing support for optimal performance. * Maintain accurate attendance records, manage data systems, and contribute to effective information flow. * Act as a central point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders, to enhance relationships between the school and its community. The essentials for this role... * An Enhanced DBS check, demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people. * You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Skilled in administrative software and tools, ensuring effective data management and communication. * Previous experience in an Admin role is essentional, working within a school would be advantageous.
