Client Local Authority in Hounslow Job Title Building Maintenance Engineer Pay Rate GBP26.85 an hour PAYE Hours 36 hours Mon to Fri (08:45:AM - 05:00:PM) Duration 3 Month Contract Location Hounslow House,Hounslow, 7 Bath Road 5 DAYS IN OFFICE Description This will be a FT working from Hounslow role - No WFH is permitted due to the nature of role Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and Reactive) have experience in PPM #39;s on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant BMS System - Monitor DALI Lighting - Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing Drivers Emergency Lighting Checks/Tests Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set L8 (Temperature checks and TMV adjustments) Plumbing - small repairs and unblocking toilets Fire Alarm Checks/Tests Pumps Motors UPS systems Generators Power Distribution Boilers PAT Testing Calorifiers Sprinkler Checks/Tests General building fabric Completing logbooks Flushings OOO shifts may be required (adhoc). will be discussed further on interview The successful candidate must have; at least 3 years in building services City Guilds in a trade - Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical/ HVAC Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
