Multi Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer - GBP45,000 - GBP48,000 is a not-to-be missed opportunity to work for one of the UK rsquo;s leading M E providers. Our client is looking for experienced building maintenance engineers to join them on a newly won Central London contract. The Role: As a building maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring building systems are functioning smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This will be achieved through the delivery of planned and reactive building maintenance. Additionally, you will help with the delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects on a busy heritage site. * Maintenance and installation electro-mechanical building systems (HVAC, Refrigeration, Lighting, BMS, Alarm Systems, Plant Room, etc...) * Keeping detailed records of works in CAFM system. * Ensuring compliance with company and statutory H S policy. * Keeping frequent and open lines of communication with the client, management, and external contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance services. Requirements: * in facilities maintenance is a MUST; applicants must have knowledge of the relevant building systems and equipment. * A relevant Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC qualification is also essential (City Guilds, NVQ, BEng, BSc, HND etc...) * Applicants must be willing to go through additional training to up-skill develop.
