Teaching Tomorrow LTD, a reputable recruitment agency specializing in education, are looking to partner with qualified Learng Support Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional support to primary school students. The position is open for immediate start for daily, short and long term work. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will take responsibility for small groups, as well as working 1 : 1 with students who may need extra support. You will team up with the class teachers and other support staff to ensure that the students are in a nurturing and supportive environment. Teaching Tomorrow has strong relationships across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire, so we are in a great position to support you in finding a new and exciting opportunity whether that is permanent, full-time, or part-time. Job Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within the primary school setting. * Support pupils to understand instructions, encourage independent learning and maximise the inclusion of all pupils including those with special needs. * Create and maintain a purposefil. orderly and supportive environemnt in accordacne to the lesson, providing resources directed by the teacher. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued. * Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and progress of students. * Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities, resources, and displays.
