This role has the potential to become permanent from the next academic year. As an SEN Teacher, you will have the rewarding responsibility of teaching children with challenging behaviour and profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will deliver a variety of subjects within the SEN Education Department. To be successful in your application, you should meet the following criteria: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential. We welcome unqualified staff who possess the required experience and passion. Proven experience of teaching within Primary (KS1/KS2) or Secondary (KS3/4). Experience in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons as well as monitoring individual performance. Experience working within a SEN setting is desirable, but previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential. Ability to adapt quickly to potentially challenging situations.
