Senior quantity surveyor

MUST HAVE HIGH-END EXPERIENCE! Having worked on GBP20+m Projects. This role is for projects in Mayfair - Art Gallery with appartments and High-end Hotel 1. Commercial lead on a GBP45m Project, will be expected to work in tandem with the Project Manager. 2. Minimum 15 yrs experience, ideally with some Tier 1 Main Contractors 3. Fully conversant with administering all aspects of both JCT D B and JCT Trad. contracts. 4. All aspects of the day to day project SQS role will be required, from tender analysis, to package procurement, pre starts, placing full subcontract orders, valuations, variations and payments, CVR reporting, assessment of any subcontractor claims, issuing relevant notices both upstream and downstream, chairing meetings, leading the project. 5. All internal reporting, Monthly Cashflows, Directors Reports, CVRs 6. The SQS will be responsible for the successful financial delivery of the project. 7. Must be able to comfortably deal with the client and all aspects of the professional team on a daily basis. 8. Will be responsible for all project commercial reporting, both internally and externally, including presenting the commercial sections of the monthly client reports monthly CVR reports to Directors. 9. Background in High End Resi / 5 Star Hotels / Cut Carve / New Build is a must. 10. Location - W1 - Mayfair, must be 90 minute max. Travel each way. 11. The role requirement is full time, site based, 5 days per week. 12. Project Value GBP40-GBP45m 13. Salary is dependent upon the candidate, Pension, Healthcare
