Marketing manager

Our client is one of Europe #39;s largest manufacturers and distributors of tools and workshop equipment. We #39;re looking for a talented marketing manager who can spearhead their marketing strategy, ensuring the products and brand make a lasting impact. If you have a passion for marketing, excellent organisational skills, and a creative mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity. As the Marketing Manager, you #39;ll play a vital role in developing and executing marketing plans for both new and existing products. Your keen eye for market trends and product research skills will allow you to craft effective strategies that resonate with the target audience. This is an excellent all-round marketing manager opportunity. You #39;ll manage the promotional activity calendar, create engaging promotions and manage the events calendar. You #39;ll also coordinate and create engaging marketing materials across multiple channels. From managing the website and image library to handling company literature, you #39;ll have the opportunity to showcase your creative flair and attention to detail. You #39;ll liase with the European HQ to ensure that the new product launches are relevant to the UK market and you will be the one launching the products into the UK Ireland markets with the help of your European colleagues. We should mention managing the website and social media channels too. Collaboration will be essential in this role, as you #39;ll work closely with the European Head Office, the sales team, and valued customers. By building strong relationships and understanding the customers #39; needs, you can shape their marketing efforts effectively. It would help if you were also confident using various digital, web, and editing software tools and leveraging technology to deliver impactful campaigns. Your ability to analyse market trends, complete product comparisons, and create evidence-based content will set you apart. This is a hybrid role. The office is based in Telford, Shropshire, where you #39;ll enjoy a vibrant working environment surrounded by a passionate team. While most of your work will be home/office-based, you #39;ll also have the chance to travel within the UK and Europe, allowing you to explore new markets and expand your horizons. To excel in this role, relevant marketing experience is essential. While hand tools and workshop equipment experience is preferred, it #39;s not essential - if you have experience in the construction, electrical or similar markets, we would like to hear from you.
