Marketing Data Assistant Near Shrewsbury Permanent Salary GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 Monday-Friday Our client, a well-established organisation based in rural Shropshire is looking to recruit for a self-motivated, highly organised Marketing Data Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual who is tenacious at researching new client data to assist with building upon their already vast data base. The idea behind this newly created opportunity is to support the Marketing Manager with exploring new markets, whether that is into new geographical territories, or into new business sectors. Initially this role with be researching new potential customers worldwide to add their data into the database, and then over time, the role will evolve into a more generic marketing role to assist with analysing campaign data and responses. It is essential that you drive and have your own transport due to the rural location of the business. Marketing Duties * Researching online sources to find new potential clients, whether looking for clients in new geographical territories, or looking for clients in different markets that would have a potential use for your products. * Adding the found data into the CRM marketing systems and coding up for the relevant campaigns you will be running. * Using a wide range of sites and sources such as LinkedIn to gain the right contacts information. * Supporting the business with a range of daily marketing activities. * As the role evolves, potentially supporting with writing regular content / blogs to update to social media. * Supporting with analytics of campaigns to see what data has been most successful and potentially focusing further activity in that area. * PR Customer engagement * Assisting with any responses from the campaigns and assisting with sending out further information or samples where required. Skills and Experience To be considered for this fantastic opportunity we are looking for a driven and tenacious individual that has a sense for spotting opportunities. With this role, you will not be doing any form of proactive selling, but as mentioned above, the short-term plans are for lots of market research and data collation to rapidly build the database to maximise any of the new marketing campaigns; then from there looking to work more actively with marketing team in the longer term on the content and analytics of the campaigns being run.
